Help you find other players on Developer Games, such as people whose details are saved in your phone contacts.

Process your payments and purchases, such as updating your account to reflect any purchases that you make in a Developer Game.

We have implemented safeguard procedures to protect your information in accordance with industry standards, and we have restricted access to your information on servers, which are encrypted.

These measures include secure server infrastructure, data encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and strict access controls for our employees and contractors.

We regularly review and update our security practices to address evolving threats and vulnerabilities, and we conduct periodic security assessments and audits to verify the effectiveness of our protective measures. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee that the information you deliver to us is 100% secure. After you uninstall our software or stop using our services, we will delete all your data within three months. If you click to clear your data through internal software, we will immediately delete your data saved locally, and delete all your data on the server within one month.

Despite our best efforts, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and provide guidance on steps you can take to protect yourself.

We maintain data retention policies that limit how long we keep your information. When you choose to discontinue using our Services, we initiate data deletion procedures according to the timeframes specified above. This ensures that your information is not retained indefinitely after you've ceased using our Services.

Advertising

If you do not want us to use the information we collect to serve you advertisements, you can opt out of receiving such advertisements.

When you opt out of personalized advertising, you may still see non-personalized advertisements related to our Services. Additionally, your opt-out preferences are specific to each device and browser you use, so you may need to repeat the opt-out process on your other devices and browsers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe you are violating our terms or engaging in harmful activities. This helps us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users and protect our intellectual property rights.

We do not want you to send us any confidential or proprietary information, whether by email or otherwise. Any information, materials, suggestions, ideas or comments sent to us will be considered non-confidential and by submitting such information to us, you give us the absolute right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute such information, without payment or other compensation to you. However, we will not use your name unless we are required by law to identify the source of the material, information, advice, ideas or opinions, or we first obtain your permission.
